Happier At Home is a senior care company that provides Geriatric Care Management and Non-medical in-home care. The Geriatric Care Management gives us the ability to manage all aspects of care. The non-medical companion care services include light housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, transportation, mental stimulation, medication reminders, set up and monitoring of bathing and dressing, and other services as needed. Geriatric Care Management Services include the development of a care plan to help seniors meet their goals, reducing readmissions to hospitals, setting up medications, arranging and attending doctors’ appointments, making appropriate referrals to meet goals, arranging and overseeing home based services, making visits in the hospital or home, assisting in finding alternative living arrangements, crisis management and relocation services.

This is a niche private pay business providing non-medical home care and geriatric care management. The cost of liability insurance is fairly low in this sector compared to that of hands-on care and licensed home services. The Happier At Home name is easy to remember and the franchisee will receive inquiry calls for service just because people like the name, it happens at our office all of the time! We do not attempt to nickel and dime the franchisees for additional streams of revenue for the franchisor.
