Training

Franchisees will be trained at 1Heart Business Academy to learn the skills, business processes, system and strategies to grow the business including unique concepts like: 1Heart formula for success, 1Heart selling system, "circle of care", 1Heart purpose of business, efficient case management, M.I.S., STAR philosophy and market penetration program. 1Heart Business Academy 5 day training at Los Angeles, CA headquarters will have both classroom and on-the-job training.
